Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Daniel Gruchociak.

Contact form data (topic, name, email, idea, budget, timeline) is processed only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The checkbox in the form only confirms that you have read this policy — it is not consent to processing.

Form messages are delivered by Resend and kept in my mailbox, and the site itself runs on Vercel's infrastructure. Both may process data (such as IP addresses) outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. Enquiries that did not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months.

This site uses no cookies or tracking tools.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
